Ryan Guilmartin is the owner of Pivot Properties, a real estate business that is the future of the real estate industry. His vision is to help North Shore communities grow through fulfilling the dream of home ownership. The future of real estate leverages technology to make the home buying and selling process easier, faster, greener, and safer. He has lived and worked on the North Shore since 2012, helping hundreds of families buy and sell real estate. In his free time, Ryan gives his time to The Salem Food Pantry. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Salem, as well as both a Trustee and the Treasurer of Tabernacle Church of Salem.
